Become a part of something special at Wednesdays at the Depot, a monthly gathering that celebrates the rich culture and vibrant community spirit of Old Town Bay St. Louis. Held at the historic L&N Train Depot Grounds, this event series features local music, food, and crafts, fostering a sense of community and fun. Your involvement as a volunteer helps us ensure each event is a memorable experience for every visitor.
How You Can Help

Setup: Prepare the venue for the event, arranging signage, setting up tables and chairs.

Breakdown: Help dismantle and clean up the venue post-event.

Participation Stickers: Hand out participation stickers to guests as they arrive.

Audience Surveys: Engage with guests to fill out surveys, helping us improve future events.

Vendor Assistance: Provide support to our local vendors setting up their stalls.

Beverage Sales: Manage the beverage tent, selling soda and water.
