Back by popular demand… 5K + Namaste by the Bay is happening Sunday, April 27th!
Start your day with a peaceful sunrise run (or walk!) followed by an all-levels yoga flow led by Connie Raley-Rose—right by the beautiful Bay St. Louis Harbor.
6:15 AM – Untimed 5K
7:15 AM – Yoga with Connie
Mimosas, nonalcoholic drinks, fruit + muffins served after. Complimentary lavender towels included!
$35 for Run + Yoga | $25 Yoga Only
