​Become a part of something special at Wednesdays at the Depot, a monthly gathering that celebrates the rich culture and vibrant community spirit of Old Town Bay St. Louis. Held at the historic L&N Train Depot Grounds, this event series features local music, food, and crafts, fostering a sense of community and fun.

Event Dates: Every third Wednesday of the month, from 4/16/25 - 11/19/2025

Vendor Space Information, Terms, and Guidelines:

  • Setup Time: Vendors may begin setting up at 1:00 PM on the event day.

  • Tear-Down: Must by completed by 10:30 PM on the event day.

  • Vendors must check in upon arrival for booth assignments and vendor packets.

  • Vendors must provide their own equipment ie: canopies, tables, chairs, weights, electrical cords. ALL CANOPIES/TENTS MUST HAVE PROPER WEIGHTS- NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • The Mississippi Department of Revenue requires all vendors to submit 7% state sales tax. Your completed form from your vendor packet and sales tax will be collected by a representative of Wednesdays at the Depot at the end of the event. Failure to do so will automatically disqualify you from participating in any future Wednesdays at the Depot event.

  • Display boundaries must be respected with no extension beyond assigned space.

  • Event participation requires compliance with all rules, including sales tax collection and prohibition on certain sales.

  • Space assignments are final, with specific regulations for food vendors.

  • Unauthorized vending and failure to comply with event rules will result in removal and future participation bans.

  • Vendors understand that this event is an outdoor event vulnerable to weather.

  • Hancock County Tourism and their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise, or any injury incurred during the event.

Insurance:

All food vendors are required to provide proof of liability insurance.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the event. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for future Wednesdays at the Depot events.

By signing below, I agree to the terms outlined in this application and commit to participating the Wednesdays at the Depot event under these conditions.
